(OOC: I think I just broke my toe lol. Also my mind is other places at the moment so dont be suprised if this ain't good. Oh my god, I used ain't, shoot me.)
(OOC: Actually this is going to be short because Astral needs to fill Barax in. Haha you have to work.)
Barax looked over at the trim of the door he had just parseed through to see what had made the loud thud. He had a good guess and was confirmed when he pulled the dagger out of the wood. He unraveled the note and read the cryptic message, "Save them." He was confused, what did this mean? He knew that the note must have come from Frost for no one had that accuracy. He turned to be greeted by Astral coming towards him.
"Barax!" Astral shouted and ran to his friend.
"The Lady Alarseea...", that was all Barax needed to hear before he caught the swift movement of her door closing out of the corner of his eye. He started to move towards the door but was stopped. "Frost won't let you in!"
"Whats going on here" Barax said with a bit of panic in his voice.
"It's a long story! Right now Lady Alarseea is, well not feeling very good. Frost is with her. All I know is that she casted a time-altering spell which drained her of her energies... I think the spell was to complex or something, I'm not good with magic in anycase. Maybe you could convince Frost to let us in..."
Barax was silent, he slowly lowered his eyes to the paper, "And what does this mean?"
Astral took the paper and read it aloud, "Save them..." after a momentary silence Astral spoke again, "I think she's talking about the birds..."
"Birds?" Barax stared at him confused.
Astral slowly tapped Barax on the shoulder, "We have a lot of talking to do," he said softly as he led him to the table where they always sat.
Barax plopped down in the chair and stared at Astral intently, "So what is going on, I haven't been away for that long," he said then put his arm on the table leaning over it waiting for Astral's response.

Astral slowly began to spoke.
"Are you ready for this?" Astral looked Barax straigh in the eye.
"Well when you went away..."
Astral suddenly thought that this all happened when Barax went away, but quickly shook the idea from his mind that it could've been Barax who caused all the mess.
"Yes.." Barax asked impatiently as he saw Astral fading away into deep thought.
"Oh yeah..umm, yes, well like I was saying you went away and, things began to go hay-wire with the birds not long after you left. Avio" ,Astral gave a quick look at his sleeping friend before he continued, "told me that he couldn't navigate the air because the magical planes Alo Zara, Nal Zartha, Vino Lato and lastly Hano Tsi are mixed up. They use these planes to travel utopia and..."
"Yes, Yes I know about the magical navigation planes, I read about them in tomes..." Barax pointed out.
"Well okay let me make a long story short. Lady Alarseea came home saw what was happening, the birdies crashing into everything and dying, couldn't bear it... SO she cast a time-altering spell so everything would go slower I think? Like a barrier of sort that the birds cant get hurt. Lady Amber also casted a few calming spells to relax the distraught birds. In anycase I think the spell was to draining for the Lady Alarseea, coz she came inside the tavern, said hi, told me and Frosty to find a solution and then she just collapsed. Frost ran with her to her room, and was in there ever since, not answering my calls outside the door, and not opening for ANYBODY!"
Astral took a deep breath, "So thats all I know, I don't even know if the Lady Alarseea is still alive..." and there was a few minutes of momentary silence before Barax spoke again.
"She's alive... I can feel her" barax mentioned coldly.
